Exercise
I've been a gym rat since I was 15. Strength, endurance, kickboxing, hypertrophy, yoga, triathlon, hiking, and climbing, are all disciplines that I've learned from. My workouts are a reflection of my current state of physical and mental well-being. I like to use tried and true exercises, while constantly seeking out new ways of moving. My programs and workouts mix the old and the new.
