I've been an exercise fanatic my whole life. Strength, endurance, kickboxing, hypertrophy, yoga, triathlon, hiking, and climbing, are all disciplines that I've tried and learned from. My programs are a mix of everything I’ve learned and found useful, and are a reflection of my current physical and mental status.
