Workouts and Exercises
The best time to start exercising was 20 years ago. The second best time is today. Stop waiting. Start moving.
I've been a gym rat since I was 15, always exercising in some for or another for the last 20+ years. Strength, endurance, kickboxing, hypertrophy, yoga, triathlon, hiking, and climbing, are all disciplines that I've tried, learned from, and have kept me moving into my late 30s.
If you're new, and need help figuring out where to start, email me: mixedartfitness@gmail.com, and I'll share whatever I can to help. It doesn't have to be hard, or boring, or happen all at once. Pursuing your health should be an enjoyable endeavor, because enjoyment is the essence of health.
