One Minute Side Plank Complex

This is a fun side plank complex to add into a workout or when you need a pick me up after staring at a screen all day.

These exercises are part of a longer and more comprehensive program Iā€™m hoping to put out in the next few weeks.

Perform each exercise back to back without stopping. After completing all 6 exercises, switch arms and do the other side.

  1. Straight Arm Side plank hold - 10 seconds

  2. Straight Arm Side plank press-outs - 7 repetitions

  3. Straight Arm Side plank thread the needle - 3 repetitions

  4. Straight Arm Side plank star hold - 10 seconds

  5. Straight Arm Side plank crunch - 5 repetitions

  6. Straight Arm Side plank star hold and thread the needle - 3 repetitions

If you have trouble getting through the whole thing, take it as far as you can, then take a break then come back for another attempt. Keep coming back until you complete the circuit without stopping. And then, do it again.
