I've been an exercise fanatic my whole life. Strength, endurance, kickboxing, hypertrophy, yoga, triathlon, hiking, and climbing, are all disciplines that I've tried and learned from. My practice is a mix of everything. My goals to make it fun, functional, and interesting.
