Topped with homemade tomato sauce: chopped red and white onion that we’re going bad, chopped garlic, leftover tomato paste from soup, chopped fresh tomato, olive oil, salt, parsley, water.

Spinach and arugula salad with olive oil, salt, fig balsamic vinegar, lemon squeeze.
