10 minute take anywhere workout

I was in Austin this past weekend for the MotoGP of the Americas. We spent all day, 9 am - 4 pm, at the track Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, leaving me with little energy to workout before and after. I managed to squeeze in two days of running, but I also wanted to do something more strength focused. I brought a resistance band with me and a mini band. With 10 minutes to spare before having to shower and run back out the door on Saturday, I did this workout. I managed four rounds. Times like these it is not about making gains, it is about maintaining consistency, and the mental benefits of even 10 minutes to myself.

All you need is a resistance band and a mini band. Repeat the cycle for as many rounds as you have time.

10 push ups

10 squats

10 eccentric resistance band rows

10 resistance band deadlifts

10 mini band cross-crunch
